Mission

 Mission: Creating a place where the young women at South Garner can embrace themselves and create change around the school and around the community. We want to help and mentor girls embody their confidence, and find young women who can help support and lift them up.

Acronym we stand by

RESOURCED:
REFLECT- Reflect on our events: Did they go well?, What could we do to make it better?, What went well?
EDUCATE- Educate the younger girls at South Garner and each other on things that we can learn and grow upon
SISTERHOOD- Support, respect one another and be there when someone is going through a hard time. You can listen and emphasize while also being someone's hype girl
OPTIMISM- Have faith in yourself and try to look on the bright side no matter how crappy your day may be going
UPHOLD- Uphold the rules and expectations apart of the club
RELIABILITY- Being available for point of contact, and there for events we try and do
CREATIVITY- Bring new ideas and points of view to the conversation.
EXPERIENCE- Bring your past experience with you and apply it. Ex. Communication skills, and teamwork exercises
DECORUM- Hold yourself with dignity and respect. Hold yourself accountable for your words and actions. Remember you represent yourself and any clubs you associate yourself with outside and inside of school
